Objetivo do Curso de Introdução às Operações de Perfuração

O curso introdutório de Operações WellSharp da IADC tem como objetivo fornecer aos participantes uma compreensão completa das operações de perfuração, práticas e protocolos de segurança na indústria de petróleo e gás.

Se você é um roustabout, ajudante de perfuração, trabalhador de guindaste, pessoal não técnico ou outro, é um requisito ter um Certificado WellSharp da IADC, Nível Introdutório.

 

Através deste curso, os participantes desenvolverão o conhecimento e as habilidades necessárias para:

  • Compreender os papéis e responsabilidades do pessoal envolvido nas operações de perfuração.
    Compreender os componentes básicos da plataforma de perfuração, equipamentos e sistemas.

  • Reconhecer a terminologia chave de perfuração, procedimentos e padrões da indústria.

  • Identificar os perigos, riscos e medidas de mitigação comuns na perfuração.

  • Demonstrar uma compreensão dos princípios e práticas de controle de poços.

  • Aplicar práticas de perfuração seguras e procedimentos de resposta a emergências em vários cenários de perfuração.

  • Who should take IADC Introductory training?
    This course is built for all levels of oil industry experience. ​ For non-technical individuals or people entering the drilling world for the first time, the course has prerequisite material sections that provide a basic Introduction to Drilling, an animated overview of fundamental Drilling Equipment, and an explanation of fundamental math and science concepts, such as Density and Pressure. ​ For more experienced students, the powerful downhole animations and interactive explanations of concepts such as Formation Pressure and Gas Migration can provide a powerful refresher of important material and fundamental concepts. You can’t understand what is happening deep downhole unless you can visualize it! ​ Specifically, the IADC suggests the following roles take the course: 1. Barge Engineer 2. Captain/Master 3. Pit Hand, Pump Man, Shaker Man 4. Subsea Engineer 5. Derrickman 6. Floorman 7. Blowout Preventer (BOP)/Subsea Engineer, Lower Marine Riser Package (LMRP) 8. Engineer, and Dynamic Positioning Officer 9. Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD)/Underbalanced Drilling (UBD) well site service personnel (non-supervisory) 9. Operator Offshore Installation Manager (OIM) 10. Onshore monitoring crew 11. Wellsite Geologist and office-based Operations Geologist 12. OIM (for installations not primarily involved with drilling) 13. Casing Crew Supervisor 14. Cementer 15. Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) personnel (supervisory) 16. Mud Engineer 17. Mud Logger/Wellsite Drilling Data Engineer 18. Directional Driller 19. Fishing Tool Operators (non-pressure operations)
  • What will I learn?
    The well control course covers all of the material and concepts as mandated by the IADC (International Association of Drilling Contractors) in their newly revised Introductory WellSharp program. The full course is twelve hours long. Topics include fundamental well pressures, fluids, gas properties, blowout prevention equipment, and well kill methods.
  • How much does the course cost?

This includes access to twelve hours of Well Control lessons, Well Control quizzes, Well Control exercises, animations, and the IADC Well Control certificate. ​ Please email or call us to find out about any promotions or group discounts.   • How long do I have to finish the course?
    The beauty of online well control school is that you can take the course anywhere, anytime! With the purchase of one course, you have 90 days to go through all the course material. You can work in between shifts on the rig or when you get a spare moment at home. You have 90 days to finish the well control course, but within that time you can spend as long as you would like. Why travel all the way to a classroom when you can take your well control training online? Why listen to a boring instructor for hours when you can go through an online well control school whenever you feel like it?
  • How do I claim my discount?

  • Want to renew a certification?
    For supervisory courses, you need to renew every 2 years to stay updated on the topics. Other courses can be varied (Check your certificate for validity) To renew or start a new training, you need to create a new account every time you want to enroll in the same course. If you need assistance, please let us know!
  • Haven't received my certificate
    For IADC Introductory and servicing, reach out to info@learntodrill.com after completing your IADC final exam to receive your certificate. If you are waiting on receiving certificate for other exams, check for emails from info@learntodrill.com in your spam folder incase it got lost
  • Are all the courses online?
    Our courses are fully online and you can take the exam at your own pace. We don't provide instructors or trainers as the courses are AI-assisted
  • Validity of the course
    The courses are lifetime access, however, it gets locked out every 90 days to save space. So please reach out to us - info@learntodrill.com to reinstate your course and we will instantly do it for you!
